These lights are great for the flicker effect, and the auto setting with 6 on/18 off. However, we've gone through one battery in three weeks on two candles. I'm hoping that is a fluke. I did buy a package of batteries just in case. I'm excited to see how long the others last. If you're looking for candles to look "real" from a distance, these fit the bill.A little bigger than a normal tea lightThe timer on these works great, and I love that they turn themselves off after six hours and then turn themselves back on the next day. But, they don't give off much light. I had hoped to use them in our windows for Christmas, but you can't see them from the street. The bulbs are small and the size of the light is smaller than a candle flame. You would think a bright white light would be visible from a distance, like an led flashlight is, but these are not.They are nice and lightweight although they tend to look a bit inexpensive.Exceeded my expectations, by far! I was curious how long it would last if I left one on. It's on its 5th day now, and is just today starting to dim a little (wow!) These are really pretty inside candle holders / votives. Decorative for sure, but, in my opinion, they also give off just enough light that it would help to put one or two in each room as needed during a power outage.This product was disappointing. I expected white and got a yellow flame. And they advertised stronger batteries already in the tea lights, but after a couple of uses, some started fading and some stopped working. The remote was very cool at first, but now that's not as strong now either. I'll have to invest in new batteries, which will cost me a lot on top of the 15.00 I paid for this!Love everything about them. Finally a tee light with a remote!Like the remote to turn all lights on at onceI love these and the timer is what I wanted so badly. I’m not sure how long the batteries will last I have noticed after a couple weeks they are dimmer.
