These are beautiful candles with a nice textured surface. The white is a bright white and the flame looks natural. They add a nice soft glow to my decor. Customer service is excellent! I ordered two sets and one candle didn't work. I requested a replacement for the one candle but the company sent me a complete set very quickly - in just a couple of days.Bought these for the remodel of our bedroom. Wanted a romantic soft glow in the calming room we created. Perfect.Am going to use this item in my Sun Room. Am happy with my purchase except for the remote. After reading the paper work included with the candles I surmised the remote needed a battery — I could not open the remote — while debating whether to return candles and while trying to open the battery all of a sudden the candles lit up (I had put batteries in the candles) old people are not technically savvy —- very frustrating when instructions aren’t step by step and our only recourse is to have a great grandchild come to help you outThey are beautiful, it took me while to find exactly what I needed. I bought the smaller tea lights and the remote is universal, so I can use one on/off/timer for all. Like the idea that they use the AA batteries which are easier to replace.
